What happens to my data when I deactivate or uninstall the plugin?
LC Advent Calendar preserves your data even after the plugin has been deactivated or uninstalled.
This includes:

Created Advent calendars and their settings

All associated calendar doors and their content

Giveaway and quiz entries

Personal participant information and recorded consent
This allows you to reinstall the plugin later and continue using your existing calendars and settings.
How can I delete participant data?
Participant data can be deleted directly from the plugin’s participant management section.
LC Advent Calendar also integrates with WordPress’s built-in privacy tools under Tools → Export Personal Data / Erase Personal Data. These tools allow website administrators to export or delete personal information associated with a specific email address.
When a calendar or an individual door is permanently deleted, its associated participant records are also removed from the plugin’s database. Moving a calendar or door to the trash does not delete participant data.
Important Privacy Information
Website administrators are responsible for ensuring that personal data is stored and deleted in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable.
Uninstalling LC Advent Calendar does not automatically delete stored data. We recommend removing participant information that is no longer needed before uninstalling the plugin.
Data previously transferred to external newsletter services, such as Brevo, is not automatically removed from those services when participant records are deleted from LC Advent Calendar.
